Independant league question

Just a quick question in regards to independent leagues. If I add a Japanese league to my universe will the teams automatically post players or is that something that I would have to go in and do in commissioner mode myself?

If you have posting turned on, they will automatically post players. I believe they do so at the beginning of their offseason.
