New UI--Use the dark skin

I was a big-time critic of the new UI. Essentially, I slammed it every chance I got. The problem (as usual) was that I was working with incomplete information. The new UI looks very sweet with the dark skin.

Can some of you post images from various screens? I would like to see as much as possible. Thanks for being an early-adopter. Maybe I'll buy sooner than anticipated, after all. I'd like some more looks though, if you don't mind.

Any chance you can reload that as JPG instead of PNG?

The forums here have limits to PNG files so it converts automatically to JPEG. The problem is that it loses fidelity along the way. Can you load that up as a JPEG instead of a PNG?

I like a lot about the dark skin, but I find the boxscore screen extremely hard to look at, Not smart enough to post a screen shot though.

Is the league news (league home menu) suppose to have a white background when using the dark skin? It looks off.

I have saved them to jpeg but not sure if I'm doing it correctly... Took me a few to get them like this. Here is one of the box score referenced above.

Not sure, the white screen will sometime show when you wouldn't think it would.

Sorry about the images but for some reason that's how they are saving.

Home screen looks ok, the white box is too bright, needs to be toned down a bit, it just sticks out like a sore thumb



team home screen looks good



roster screen looks good, i'd like to be able to configure the number of box rows and columns

it's not the file or the website, it's the browser. the only way to see it in true quality would be to view the full size shots I posted, open a pic, then click it again to bring it into full quality, you will notice a huge difference.

all browsers do the resize thing, it's annoying but not much can be done.

I totally agree here. I always switch to the Dark skin for every iteration of OOTP, but this time around there was such an enormous difference, I was blown away.

I was going to post screenshots, but jazzrack has that pretty much covered.

The only thing that bothers me about the dark ui is all of the teal text. Does anyone know which skin files I would need to modify if I wanted to change the font color?

Agree on the white box. Its the reason I switch to the default skin (always used dark skin) its not to kind on the eyes. Everything is dark then all of a sudden BANG solar flares to the eyes!
