SUGGESTION: 1-100 scale for Overall Rating
It's probably too late, but there's no sense in waiting until tomorrow to suggest this.

Speaking of OVR scale. I always wondered why the 20-80 scale did not use increments of 5 like the 20-80 individual rating scale.

I'd just be content with the scouting ratings and front page ratings finally matching or being explained better.

SUGGESTION: 1-100 scale for Overall Rating

Could this be the OVR ratings not updating? In the AI Option menu there is a button to update the OVR. I wonder how often the game updates itself (or if at all) because often times when I click that button my OVR changes.. Last edited by SirMichaelJordan; 04-17-2014 at 07:01 PM. |

I've been complaining about this for a few versions now. The ratings on a player's front page are sometimes different from the scouting report (even with max scouting accuracy, etc.) The front page can say a player is 20 with 65 potential, and the scout will say he's 20/20, or vice versa. People have tried to explain it to me and others, and I still don't get it and think it isn't working as it should. It's also been many months since I've played OOTP (I never got a good game going in OOTP14, unfortunately), so forgive me if that explanation doesn't make sense. The ratings do match. There are occasions when the overall rating or star rating may be off, but time and again when we have examined the issues more closely, it's often been a matter of specific timing when comparing the screens; generally the scouting report being a bit more dated than the profile.

I would love to see 1-100 as well. I'd use it over 20-80

But, I guess at this point I've accepted that I will never understand this system. |

PSU makes it a point of honor not to understand things that some find easy to understand.
