Add-Ons Central

I had to uninstall/unlicense OOTP14 on my computer (bad hard drive) then reinstalled/relicensed it. But now Add-Ons Central does not have the MLB logos, various quickstarts, etc. It only has 3 skins files to download. What happened to the MLB logos, etc.? I was going to continue my 2013 MLB league (now in 2017) but can't do so as the logos are now missing. Any ideas? Thanks.

Not to hijack your thread, but I would love to know if Add-Ons Central is going to be a part of OOTP15? Not sure why it has been shut down for 14.

Thanks. I think I got it now. But I'm also wondering, ala David Watts, if Add-Ons Central will be a part of OOTP15.
