Help me to use mods on Mac...

I use a Mac and have ootp14. I already added the historical facegen and it looks great. I downloaded Historical uniforms 1901-1970. They did not automatically get put into my game like the facegen did. So it appears that I will need to manually put them into folders?

This seems simple, but I cannot find where any of these folders are on my Mac! I think these jerseys and caps are going to add so much to my game, but I need help getting them in there. I also need the historical logos if anyone has any suggestions.

Can a kind, experienced Mac user help me accomplish what should most likely be a simple deed?
