FTP Export Issues

I have been running and exporting in this league with no issues for some time. This week after downloading a new league file i was unable to export. I re-downloaded the league file (which I have done correctly) and still cannot export.

I am running on the same router that I have used for some time, but did restart the router to be safe. Are there any steps you would recommend to assist?

I have seen some posts that recommend updating the firmware on your computer, but unsure how to proceed/troubleshoot.

I have submitted a ticket with no response to date.

Do you have the accountsdata_gms.dat file in the league settings folder?

Yes. I have that file in that correct spot seemingly. I have done the installation steps countless times and do not foresee that being the issue. My problem originated prior to downloading a new league file; meaning exports were working just a day before with no change to the accounts file.

Have you tried getting a new copy of the accountsdata_gms.dat file from the commish (I have seen an instance or 2 where something has happened to that file)? The accounts file is what configures FTP access so the league file should not be the problem. Are any other GMs in the league having issues? If you have tried a new copy of the accounts file and no other GMs are having an issue then I would look at your computer, router, firewall, etc.

Update.

I believe that I have narrowed the problem down to my computer settings. I tried on 2 different connections and have the same problem. I don't think it is a game problem because I was able to export one day, and all of a sudden unable to export the following day despite the league file not yet updating.

I used my laptop without internet connection for a brief moment one day and have not been able to export since. Not sure if there is any correlation, but just trying to think of how a setting could have been changed on my system. I have no idea what that would be though...

HELP!

Update. Turned off all firewalls and still having same issue.
