Player pics not working

Hoping someone can help me out. I've downloaded the pics, put them in the graphics folder, it shows the player pics folder, yet I still get the annoying generic pictures. Any thoughts?

They have to be exactly 157 x 200, png with the name like this, Pavel_Datsyuk_20_7_1978. They must also be in the correct saved game or roster start folder for it to work.

how do I resize the pics within the folder?

Right click the picture and click edit. You can change the size from there. Then save the picture.
