League association free-agents
I have two major leagues each with two sub-leagues. They are in a league association but I notice one league never signs free-agents they only get players by draft, trade the other league signs all the free agents. wondering why that one league won't sign any?

Do you have "Allow Free Agents from other Leagues" and "Allow Free Agents to leave League" checked for both your Major leagues?

Yes on my oldest league yes but the newer league that option won't appear.
