help with league not loading

i was playing a game and finish the first season . when i restarted OOTP 14 and tried to load the league it said that the game could not load because it was an older version and not able to load in OOTP14. I tried loading The backing it says game can not load this because it is OOTP 1 version. How did this happen i've been playing it all along and saving the game as i go.

How can i Get it load. any suggestions

No I was pretty stupid and forgot too make one.
