Need A Little Help.... OOTP & Wordpress

Alright so for the first time I'm running my fantasy baseball league day to day, I have no problems posting up news as I discovered the way to do it... Although how can I post up box scores ?
I can't upload html files and there's no way of sending box scores to facebook or anything like that.

Right now the site I'm helping with is hosted with wordpress.com

I'd like to know how to post league almanac files to a website as well.
