I like the concept, and the artwork utilization, as I said, is very unique. Jefferson is a bit distracting in comparison to the other mediums and tones.
 His head, which seems to be characteristic and the forefront of almost all Jefferson representations, is a tad competitive with the head of the player. Might I suggest this, or the more paled portion of it, as a possible candidate? Just an opinion.
