"Invalid Player file" error message and crash

Hey Everyone..
I was in my 5th season of my career league when suddenly my game crashed and now I keep getting an "Invalid player file" error message when I try to open my league file and then it shuts down my game. I made no changes to my game before this happened.

I am however able to create another league and use that, but now I fear that I have lost my career league of 5 seasons!

Please help!

I had that same thing happen to me, only it was after 23 seasons,

All you can do is start over
