For any of you that is hooked on this game and are playing real leagues DO NOT open the fictional door, you may never get back to the real world again.

True but depends on how you sim, I have a solo fictional going were I sim a day for every real day and so I don't get bored during the winter I have a winter league. Don't tell anyone but I even worked into the schedule when my summer holiday came about that the league had a two week break, the little old lady shook her head and walked away when I told her.

I've been meaning to do this. I need to start up a 2nd league for one day at a time play too.

The game is the addicition and the forums are the 12-step group. The only problem with our group, though, is that nobody's trying to quit.

This is a dangerous game. Last season I cared way more about my OOTP league than actual MLB. Yes, I'm big into flight sims.

The problem I have with OOTP and the MLB is that I get OOTP events and real life events mixed up. I'll start a conversation with a co-worker and say something like "Did you see ..." , then I catch myself and realize that didn't happen in the real world.
