Team Skipped in playoffs?!?

Alright so in my league the top 5 teams from the NL make the playoffs. There are no divisions.

So i'm the cubs and we finished second...

The Playoff Format is

1st seed bye
-------------- 1st vs 4th/5th
4 vs 5th

-------------------- finals

2nd bye
----------- 2nd vs 3rd
3rd bye

So the Nats played the Dodgers and the Nats won 3-2.

But the dodgers are the 6th seed.

Then the Phillies who should have been the 4th seed are moved to 3 and the Cards are made second seed and my cubs are not in the playoffs at all.

Why did this happen? And is there any way I can alter the playoffs? Note the second round hasn't started yet.

You must have screwed up the playoff format somehow. Post an image of your custom playoffs screen in League Setup.
