Question about printing images (Cephasjames?)

I had the idea to customize a t-shirt on a website in which I'd put my team image on the front and on the back I'd put the name and number of a player on my team. Before I do this I want to make sure its OK that I use an image I pulled from the mods boards and get it printed on a shirt.

The image is one on Cephasjames' photobucket site that it stickied on the Generic photo's thread. I know we can use these at will for OOTP, but can I also use it to print on a shirt?

BTW, the shirt looks awesome. I used the Toronto Blue Jays old style font on the back for the name and number. I'm just waiting to make sure I can get it printed and not get in any sort of legal trouble.

Personal use should be no problem.

I have 4 caps that I had done at Lids from logos that others have made for me. Just had the Thunderbirds one shown in my avatar done on Friday. i have my 2029-2031 Willowbrook Warriors. 2026 Delgado tigers alt & 2003- Endor City home.
I dont have pics of the actual caps but they look exactly like the ones posted below.
