Team history

How do I delete a teams history... For example like I was watching the famous major league movie last night and want to do a Cleveland Indians expansion team with the default rosters in ootp14 so how would I delete the team history in ootp so that I don't have to write down everything from the team or do I have to copy everything down delete the team and then just recreate the team and put in all of the info?

In the setup and options there will be an "edit league structure" button. Click that and delete the indians. Then, add them back to the division. They will now have a new history.

but before i do that do i have to copy down their info like for stadium and everything or once i create them again it would have all of that info?

when we go to edit the AAA and other teams is there a way to edit it so that we can put it in the right league or we just leave it in the league that it puts it in and just rename the development teams

After i remove them and then click on expansion team when i go to create the 2 teams it says cannot expand league this way a sub league would end up with an odd number of teams...

edit: unless i create the two expansion teams first and then remove them

You can copy it down or find Psstrickets thread on .PRK files He has every park year by year 1901-2012. Just manually load that under Edit ballpark an it will be good.

The thing is say u create the teams and then u delete one it messes up the minor league schedules and u can't generate them like u do for the mlb

Find a GMo schedule that might work.

might have to realign the divisions/leagues.

Question? Why not just erase all league history vs deleting one team?

two things

a) If i click on commish mode i can go into the players profile and put them onto my team so that i dont have to do a whole expansion team i can just assign my expansion players to that one team... and then send those players from that team to ufas...

b) when i asked someone said go to game and then league setup and then click on edit league structure and then remove the team and recreate them... If i knew how to delete the teams history as if they were a brand new teamand then edit the roster that would work too

a. ok whats the problem there?

b. there is no way to delete just one teams history you would have to do it league wide history wide. No more 73, .367 714, 511

He is right in that the franchise history can't just singularly be deleted. But You can discontinue the current Cleveland Indian franchise by deleting them from the league structure and create a new Indian franchise with its own history in the game.
