Crash Issue

Hey guys, I know this isn't the proper place to post this, but I figured placing it here would be the best way to get views and advice. I bought FHM about 3 hours ago and downloaded it on my macbook, and unfortunately I haven't been able to log in any solid playing time due to the program crashing within minutes of opening it. Then as I go to reopen it, my license key has been erased and the start-up screen is completely blank. I uninstalled the program, and downloaded it again and made sure it had the latest update, but all of that didn't do anything. it still crashes and erases my license key after I re-download it. Any suggestions?

I've had to obtain my product key a few times myself, the link that Gareth provided can have you going in minutes. They can send the information to your email with your product key, purchase information and all that jazz.
