Penalty Shootouts

Is there a way to set an order for a penalty shootout? I've only participated in one, but it seems that the players shoot in alphabetical order, which obviously isn't ideal nor realistic.

New to the game, I am also wondering if such option exists.
I'd welcome any expert advice on this
