Unreal NHL rosters after season

Hey guys. I just finished my season with Oilers and the game isn't playable anymore. I have big players payroll and other NHL teams too. I wanted to trade Eberle but any NHL team can't take him, becouse they have big payroll. So i can't continue. Other problem is that the NHL teams have stupid rosters. For example Boston have a lot of 4.5 ability players and only two 8 ability player. Sorry for my bad english..

One of the biggest flaws in the game is the reduction of skills to some players after each season. You will find that some players rating drop by as much a two whole points (an 8 to a 6) in one off season. So if your top players were 8 or 8.5 in 2013, you will find some of those same players at a 6 or 6.5 at the start of 2014. The bug has been mentioned countless times. It has also gotten better with each patch, but IMO still makes the game unplayable after 2-3 seasons. Some reduction is understandable at a certain age, but most of the attribute drops are unrealistic at best. Lots of potential in the game though.

If i'm not mistaken somewhere in the development updates thread it mentions they are reworking the system a bit for the next patch.
