Football Schedule

Hello guys, I'm new to this forum. If this isn't in the right spot, well, please move it, I'm just not sure where to put it.

Could anyone help me out? I need a 40 team, 10 division (4 teams/division), 18 game football schedule or a 36 team, 6 division (6/div), 18 game schedule. I'm not sure how to schedule it and it's really hard for me. If anyone could help me out that would be awesome.
