Request for Simple Tutorial on Stadiums

I'm looking for help for a stadium pack I'm planning on creating for my league. I'm running a fictional league with all of the real major league teams and stadiums. The stadium pack is reflective of the parks and dimensions of the 2002 Major League season, without the new Great American Ballpark. There's also a problem where for some reason, the Cubs play in Comiskey and the White Sox play in Wrigley. I've tried to fix the problem several times but have been unsuccessful.
I just need a simple set of instructions on how I can use the stadium editor program to create my own set of real, up-to-date major league stadiums. Any help would be much appreciated.
