Minor League Extensions

I have guys that I am offering extensions to but they just don't seem to finalize. I know there is time to talk to the family and all but this has been going on for a couple of weeks. I have done both the Offer Minor LG Extension as well as going in and making a normal extension offer for minor league extension.

There are even guys that rejected the minor league extension offer that later say they are looking for a minor league extension, just make the offer. I do but when I go back a few days later they are still asking me to submit the offer.

I haven't ever experienced this sort of behavior. This is my first season in 14 so I don't know if something has changed or not.

Just curious, and maybe this will help, but have you tried doing it this way and does it work? Pardon me if this is what you referred to in your question as having tried already, however.

Good question, but no, I have not. And here is why - I don't get that button down there on the bottom.

I did a forum search to see if that question had been asked before. Although I didn't see that it had, I saw other threads that included a screen image like you put up there. I thought that made all kinds of sense and would accomplish what I was after in one fell swoop. I was excited to try it but I did not have the same button.

I don't think I have any special set up choices that would prevent it so I am not sure why I don't have it.

IIRC, you have to make sure you have your major league team selected for that button to be there. If you're viewing any of the minor league teams it won't be available.

DUH!! I do have that button, I just wasn't hitting the Action button first.

As far as the success of doing so, I will have to wait and see, I am being dragged away at this point but will check once I can get in to play.

Thanks for the suggestion and I am hopeful that it will work.
