If I'm adding a league, I'd prefer it if the game would use up players from the free agent list before it generates dozens more. Or even an option to "fill teams with players from the free agent pool" or something.

I was going to disagree with this but I have to agree. The workaround of mass deleting players can be time consuming. I would love to have new teams come in with no coaches and sign from the available 1200 that I currently have since It is way to time consuming to delete one at a time and Delete all coaches option does it for all leagues not just one (best I can tell, I might be wrong)

This might help with players who NEVER PLAY! I have major/minor league guys who are signed but never used or picked up and released or just hang on the FA list forever. When I play with RL major league guys, I would expect them to get first crack at the lineup when in the minors, also.

How can anyone improve in the game if they are never used?

I hope this major flaw is address by the AI (and the code writers!!!) soon.
