Freeze all pictures

Is there a way? I know I can take all the pictures from the fgs and reload them as pictures, but if there's a faster way I'm all for it.

I did a little research to confirm what I am going to say and that is, freezing player pictures used to be an option up until OOTPB 12. See this thread, particularly what AESP_pres says in post #10:

Heh, I just noticed your signature. If that is true, then your version was probably before the freeze player picture option.

Haha I just got OOTP14 less than a week ago, so I should update my signature.
