Does a vested contract count against your "money for extensions?"

I'm pretty sure it does, since it appears on the Salary Obligations screen. Therefore, it should act exactly like an arbitration estimate or a team option, and count against extension money.

a vesting contract counts towards your budget, even if it has no chance of vesting. Technically you would be liable for it if your release the player, so i guess it can't be removed from potential obligations until year is over and player officially does not meet the criteria
