How to create a realistic game universe reflecting the present with all the playable nations

I've been searching and searching the forum, but can't quite find the complete answer for this. I want to run a game universe that includes all the playable leagues from all the nations in the game (US Majors and Minors, Japan, Dominican Republic, etc.), with the latest and most realistic and up to date database. Is this possible? If so how can I go about making it happen?

If I can't do this is there a way that I can get Masahiro Tanaka into the game as a free agent?

There is not a DB that will have all the *** players, DR etc.Spritze DB will have many PB players and there is one or 2 *** databases that might be updated through last year but i have never tired to have 2 DB's in one game. But way to have Tanaka is to create him yourself or wait until ootp 15.
