if i uninstall the game can i reinstall it and not have to buy the license??

If I were you, I'd "unlicense" the game first, make a note of the number then proceed.

and i also have a problem, i posted another thread about my screen just being blank when i try to play the game and it says i have a problem with like direct draw or something, but i have diretx 9 so it cant be linked? what should i do?

Go into the OOTP5 folder and open the "game config" file, toggle the 3d setting, close those things and try the game again. If you look in the FAQ forum it there is a place that tells you how to unlicense.

If you right-click on the OOTP5 icon on your desktop, there should be an option for "eLicense Control", follow the arrow to "Product Receipt". The window that pops up will have the license information. Write down the "Order ID" and close the window.

Then, right-click on the OOTP5 icon again, go to eLicense Control and select "unlicense". You'll need to be connected to the internet when you do this, otherwise it doesn't work.

When you re-install OOTP5, you'll need that Order ID number you wrote down earlier in order to get the game working.
