Breaking News: NAHHBL Commish Forgets to Import Lineups!

Breaking News: NAHHBL Commish Forgets to Import Lineups!

You heard it here first, your first class screwup Bigphesta aka Chris Hansen forgot to import the files of the other 29 respective GM's into the game and then ran the sim.

I recieved my first bid of evidence speaking to our friend bud samford:

NCAAmadman: bud
NCAAmadman: what up
budsamford23: yo
budsamford23: chillin
NCAAmadman: hows nother atrocious hell hole baseball league?
budsamford23: lol. phesta forgot to use the emailed imports so your "lineup changes" stayed in effect for another sim. the Aces are like 12-48 now... the #1 pick is mine.
NCAAmadman: lol
NCAAmadman: your kidding right?
budsamford23: no
budsamford23: heh
NCAAmadman: what an idiot

Bud would later say:
budsamford23: dude you're ****ing with me and bigphesta, and you're getting him pissed off at me, and that's not cool, and i would appreciate it if you just leave me alone for a bit. i'll get in touch with you some other time

Chris's reply to these allegations:

Big Phesta: lol what?
NCAAmadman: your an idiot, moronic
NCAAmadman: dumb
NCAAmadman: simple minded
NCAAmadman: you cant even import lineups
Big Phesta: that didn't happen
NCAAmadman: not what bud told me
Big Phesta: lol
Big Phesta: lol

These actions need to be fixed. Do you, the public, want to join a baseball league where the commish can't even put in your lineups! What is this world coming to?

Reporting from nother atrocious hell hole baseball league headquarters in Iowa, K Dub.

yep. Sunday's sim was destroyed because the 'great' vMLB sabatoged three team's lineups because they were not pw protected. I had those teams email me their rosters for Tuesdays sims then saved them to my HD but I forgot to load them seperately after pressing "Import from FTP". vMLB is right. Of course, he neglects to tell you that the ONLY reason that I had to import from emails and not FTP is because he's a spineless little punk who screwed with the lineups of teams who didn't have passwords on their teams by bringing their rookies up to the ML level and starting their contracts before the GM wanted to bring them up.

You answer, who's the real moron? He doens't even have his facts strait.

you try to give people a second chance. you try to be nice to them even though you know they are a cheater, and a **** up, and a jerk and enery other name you can think of in the book. you be nice and try to be civil to someone even after they've threatened every online league you participate in with the possibility of damaging teams' exports.

I'm not sure why I didn't just block vMLB right after this fiasco began. Part of it is i have a hard time being an ass to anybody (except for JBlaze). Considering this **** is a troll even worse than JBlaze, I don't know why I ever attempted to be nice to him, ESPECIALLY after all the bull**** went down with the NAHHBL.

I want to apoligize to Chris for any further problems I have caused. If he wants me to leave the NAHHBL, I will. This stupid **** has become so ridiculous, it's laughable. Because my tendency is to be a nice person no matter what, I feel I have caused additional problems, namely the fact that this thread exists at all.

Finally, anyone that is even semi-regular here at .400 knows that BigPhesta, while some may disagree with some of his political views, does a DAMN GOOD job of running an online league. He & I were considering starting a league together but we just didn't have the time.

vMLB is the latest in a series of .400 ****ups in a line that includes HornsManiac, JBlaze, Tusso, and others. The fact that I chose to give this one the time of day is something that I regret, and it has now come back to bite me in the ass ten-fold. Not only did it disrupt the NAHHBL, but it disrupted the other 6 leagues I am in as well, because of the threat made to me by vMLB. And yet...I was still cordial to him. I guess I felt sorry for him, I don't know....

anyways, ramble ramble ramble, I feel like a dumb**** and a stupid ****, and this entire situation depresses the hell out of me.

The way I see it, Chris made an honest mistake. He didn't deliberately try to sabotage a league. Grow up, bra!

I may not agree with Bigphesta on his views but this is a load of crap.

I hope all settles down soon in the league for Bigphesta and all it's GM's.

in my disgust with all that is going down, I neglected to mention the fact that he tried to make me look like I thought it was funny that he was ****ing **** up. the actual transcript reads:

NCAAmadman: bud
NCAAmadman: what up
budsamford23: hey
NCAAmadman: hows nother atrocious hell hole baseball league?
budsamford23: phesta forgot to use the emailed imports so your "lineup changes" stayed in effect for another sim.
NCAAmadman: lol
NCAAmadman: your kidding right?
budsamford23: no
NCAAmadman: what an idiot
budsamford23: dude you're ****ing with me and bigphesta, and you're getting him pissed off at me, and that's not cool, and i would appreciate it if you just leave me alone. i'm sick of trying to be nice to you. later.

from now on i'm just keeping my big mouth shut. this **** really bothers me, and i usually don't let online **** bother me... oh well, i'll get over it.

^ Turns out it *was* a rodent.

It ran away, leaving...well, let me paraphrase Brian the Dog:

Brian: "Are you sure it was a rodent? Are you sure it wasn't...nothing?"

Peter: "Oh...that's right."

Heh! I think that may be one of my favorite Family Guy moments... that and the time Superman admits to killing that hooker...

Classic.

It's truly a shame that people who are not pleased with their station in life lash out like this. Childish.

But yet I find joy in this whole scenario...I mean, I don't have a job, I don't have a girlfriend, and I sit and play video games all day lamenting my situation. But now, here's a guy who's more pathetic than I am. Bravo! Huzzah and kudos, my good man!

This guy just wants attention. If all of us stop posting on this guy's threads he'll eventually go on to a place where people will react to him.
