Aging & Development Speed Modifiers

I did a search and didn't really find a recommended set of Aging and Development Speed Modifiers for the MLB roster set. I know the default is 1.000 for both. Has anyone found ones that work really good or should I just stick with 1.000?

I have read a few posts about this topic. A lot of people like the defaults. Some people like to shade the modifiers toward slower aging. I like quicker development myself, but I think I am in the minority on that. Talent change randomness is probably just a matter of taste, but the default works well.

To quote myself from a thread a few rows down from this one:

I have tried .750 to see how it would go working on 2nd season then im gonna switch to .500 just to see for the next 2 seasons this is for hitters but for pitchers will lower that to .650

I leave the dev speed at 1.000, but drop the aging speed to .500 for batters and .525 for pitchers, I am happy with the results, I see a good amount of players retaining value, particularly with the bat or as a relief pitcher, into their 30's though the average player is still effectively done at 35.
