Option to immediately install things downloaded from Add-On Central

I've seen numerous threads like this over the years, and I think that it'd be a relatively simple UI fix to add an "Install" or "Apply" button to this dialog:

Or replace the "OK" button with buttons that say "Install Now" or "Install Later".

100% all for this. After just helping a newb and having the same problem myself back on 11 this is something that should be in.
