Rebranding My Team--Let the community decide

Currently, the team that I GM in my league is the Oklahoma Hornets and this is their current brand:

The season before last we were eliminated in 5 games in the Divisional Championship Series after posting our 1st ever winning season (94-68). Last season we won 108 games but were eliminated in 7 games in the League Championship Series. My gift of apology to the fans of Oklahoma for getting eliminated in the Cortez Cup this season will be to rebrand our horrible image. (hopefully I don't get fired before then)

Next season there are a handful of teams that will be rebranding. The Hornets are one of them. This is the new jersey:

I am not sure about the logo/team name yet but I have narrowed it down to 4 options. I am currently in late April of the season that I am playing. I play out one game of each series and pore of the the entire league-stats after each game. I only sim one-at-a-time. I thoroughly research each opponent that I play so a season takes me around 1-2 months to complete.

With all of that said, I am leaving the choice up to you. With 2 months to go in real-time I am hopeful that this poll will get a lot of votes. Help out if you can with a vote.

Very tight race so far in the early going of the poll. I am little surprised to see that the Thunder has not garnished a vote yet (my slight favorite going in).

I like the Tornadoes logo, but Thunder kinda rolls off the tongue better.

I am just not a fan of 'soccer-style' team names in general.

I prefer all names to end with an 's'.

I'm not a big fan of naming your team after a natural disaster*, so I voted for the Titans. Sure, I guess Storm or Thunder could just be tough sounding names. But it seems Oklahoma should be known for something more than being literally blown off the face of the map.

They have an AFB in OKC. Maybe just repurpose the Hornets into a plane-related logo, F-18 style? That would go with your new unis, which I like BTW.

* (said the guy whose local hockey team is named the Hurricanes...)

Seriously, I haven't watched basketball since about 1991. I have no idea at all about anything or anybody in the NBA.

I know two names.

Kobe Bryan and the cleveland guy...ahhh...I forgot his name now.

Anyway, the point is that the whole NBA thing that you mention doesn't really impact me since if they weren't a team in 1991 I wouldn't know any better anyway.

Initially, I wanted to play off of the whole Hornets thing but hadn't considered aircraft.

It doesn't name the team after a "natural disaster", it ends in an "s" and it is Geographically appropriate, not to mention imo damn funny given the other responses in this thread!
