Still no HNN

I'm playing on the latest update, and while the bug with the Hockey News Network was supposed to be fixed, I still don't have it activated in my game. Furthermore, my news is still stuck on "No news, only personal messages"

I never get any news other than Injury, and very rarely trade or contract news

Edit: Doesn't work when i click "league news" either

You can access HNN from Game menu then reports, and you will see HNN there.
