Asking about moves for other teams

Playing OOTP 2014 I am the GM of the LA Dodgers but the game is telling me other organizations have roster moves they need to make. I don't control those teams. Why is it telling me about them. Can't continue game until these moves are made.

I am assuming you are receiving a message about Illegal number of playeras or something similar?

If so, go to your league set up and select "Allow incomplete rosters" (Ghost Players). This will make the problem disappear.

First, go to league setup and under "functions" click "run computer manager on all teams."

See if that fixes your problem.

I get that in my 1901 league. With no free agents, some minor league teams get a little thin. I switch to commisioner mode and go on move some players (within the same organization) to the team that needs them and then switch commisioner mode back off.

But yes, it is annoying.

How many minor league teams do you have? Same question goes to OP and what year did you start with? Playing historical you will usually need ghost players on for your 1st year and nothing after AAA for the 1st 3-5 seasons.

Four levels for every team. Everybody started with full teams, but with injuries etc., some have gotten a little light.

Historical or fictional? if historical I take it you used fill minors with fictional and if fictional why has it gotten so light? In my 1901 league using Spritze DB I had 11 players at AAA. No other team had more then 15. I am up to 1935 and still only have AAA & AA.

Historical, but yes, Historical leagues are filled up with fictional players when you do a Quickstart. A necessary evil.
