where to adjust allowable draft dollars

I want to adjust what has been set up as being my allowable ceiling for draft dollars, where do I find this?

I don't believe that you can directly edit your draft budget.

As a work-around you can temporarily increase your overall team budget, get all your draftees signed, then edit the budget back again.
