How does facegen work you just scan pictures?

You need to download and install Facegen Modeller (I have version 3.5). Then you find a good headshot and save it, open it in the Facegen Modeller program, and place a number of feature points around the face and then it creates the facegen. It is a quite simple process to use actually.
