Playing all minor league games

If I take control of the Blue Jays, will there is any option I can turn on so I can play the games of the AAA, AA, etc. teams too? I want FULL control of my organization with no AI at all.

I don't think there is an option to do what you want, but there are workarounds.

You could create several managers (i.e., versions of yourself) and have each of them manage one of the clubs operated by the Blue Jays. For instance, you could be the GM for the Blue Jays and have full control over promotions, demotions, etc. Then you could have one persona be the manager at AAA, another be the manager at AA, and so forth.

The only inconvenience of this is that you have to switch "Human Managers" to move from one person/club to another.

Alternatively, in commissioner mode you can "Act as" the manager of any club and you can then switch from team to team as you want.

I prefer the use of multiple managers over commissioner mode, as the game then tracks my performance in each role. That would also allow the roles to change over time. You might have your AA manager leave the Blue Jays' organization and take a management job in the NL, for example.

You could adjust the start times(schedule editor) for all the teams you want too watch by separating the games by three hours. Example-1pm,4pm,7pm,10pm. There might be some overlapping games.

I'm fairly certain that unchecking the "simulate world in background" option before playing a game would let you do this, but I am not 100 percent positive. If I had my computer on me, I would double check.
