Controlling all teams

I have been away from OOTP for several years. I know in very early versions you could control and play every game out if you wanted, but then it was taken away. There was a commisioner mode where you could go in and make moves for teams other than your own, but it caused issues with replicating stats if i remember correctly. Is there currently a way to control all teams or are you stuck with only being able to control one team at a time?

League Options, League Setup, look in the middle column towards the bottom and click - Set All Teams to be Controlled by "your Managers name"

You may also want to be in commissioner mode...
