League size/Sim speed
If the total number of teams is the same, is the speed at which the game progresses slowed down/sped up depending upon how they are divided up into leagues/sub-leagues/divisions?
Would I be better off running 1 or 2 larger leagues vs an association of smaller ones? I play rather slowly, but for testing purposes this info would help a lot. |

How they are spread makes no difference.
The longer your league runs, the more data it accumulates and has to process, the longer it will take to play out your sims. A full fledged MLB style league with all minors and feeders will obviously start to slow down sooner than a league with say 12 teams and 3 levels of minors. They all take longer eventually, how much longer depends on how much number crunching the game needs to do. |
