Draft League

I am new to the game. Can I set up the computer to put together a new league that does a complete draft of the players currently on the mlb rosters in the database so that each mlb team has a 40 man roster?

When you start a new league, you can go to league setup, top left there is an option to "Schedule Fantasy Draft"

This will release all players, minors included, and allow you to have a draft.

Oh, and you can edit the draft order yourself or randomize it, if you wish to.
