accidently deleted scheduling

I had accidently deleted schedule while trying to mess around with it during preseason then I thought I had it figured out but its april 3rd 2022 and first day of season. the bottomline question is how do I recover the schedules without losing everything in the game ????

If you made a backup of your game with your schedule changes, you can just restore the backup and you would be fine.

Also, If you exported the schedule file at any point, you can always click "Import Schedule".

If you don't have that either, let the game create you another schedule by clicking "Generate Schedule", and then, if you want, do your edits like before.

There are hundreds of schedules in the game folders which you haven't deleted. Look for a schedule file that matches your league and import it.

You can't "skip" a season.

You still have the option of editing the schedule though. As RchW mentioned, there are plenty installed with the game, plus custom ones available in the Mods Forum. Should be able to find something you like.

Rch I have never added new schedules before I have 168 game season and the game evolution has it where all teams have same day off and balanced schedule as well as all star game... Guess this is a good time to learn about adding things to game

The schedule is not really deleted just not loaded in your game.

What is your league structure; sub leagues? teams, divisions, number of games, interleague play? When you know that you can browse all the schedules and load any that fit.

the league has same structure as it is in real life except 168 games per team and 32 teams since the evolution had expanded 2 more teams. I also like having the all star game too.

If you need to import a schedule, just change your opening day in league setup to April 4

Under the Options Tab.

Can only be edited during off-season/pre-season.

And that's why you can't find it. I'm sorry I can't help you.

hmmmm.... I did find the option when I used my other game settings .... However a question did pop up in my mind ..... is there a way to back date the game date by one day or just simply delete my current season and get back into off season between 2021 and 2022 ??? Or is there a backdoor way of slipping in the schedule through back door as it were ????

The only way you can go back is if you made a backup of your game beforehand.
