Team Finance Issue
I've been trying to sign some International FA's, but every time I try to offer a bonus of over ~$300k, the game says my owner won't allow me to offer the contract because I don't have enough money available. I don't understand why it's saying that because my projected budget room is above $750k and I have $2.37 million in cash reserves. My financials are as follows:

since you havent had any responses, I will hazard a guess though I dont know for certain.
My guess would be that you have "owner controls the budget" selected rather than "entire revenue is available". Since your owner is a penny-pincer, perhaps he is not interested in shelling out the extra cash. I always put my settings to entire revenue available so I dont know for sure how the other setting behaves. Another possibility is that it is related to known issues with how the finances are displayed and calculated. If you search the forums, there are some extensive discussions on how the financial overview and specifically the available budget is often misrepresented and misleading. I am certain about neither of these suggestions, just throwing out what came to mind to hopefully get you some ideas. |

Can you post a screenshot of the international amateur FA screen? It could be that you have some penalty or other restriction from a previous year that is preventing the offer. Wouldn't really make sense with the message that you're getting, but it's a thought.
