I have a second list from everyone except the Boca Juniors

As soon as I get it....we'll see where we stand on the rosters.

After the rosters are complete for all teams, I'll be sending out one more PM to all owners requesting your line-up for a Home Roster. I will also need you assign one of your BW's that will fight in a tie-breaker bout if needed during the season.

Just curious

What is the idea behind just having five of your 10 fighters active each time?

while we are at it, why only 6 rounds ... seems like that is inviting a lot of draws

I took the rules from the real life WSB. During the season, they just use 5 fighters during a team match and have anywhere from 10 to 20 fighters on their roster. I came up with the twist of having a home and away roster so all fighters would be used during the season and I wouldn't have to bother the owners each week for a starting line-up. In the playoffs, the real WSB uses 10 boxers, a home/away roster (which we will use that format) where the most bouts won in 10 fights is determined the winner of the match.

Make sense?

Got it!

So, we send you two rosters after the second round draft, one for home matches and one for away, right?

The real WSB use a 5 round format. The game won't allow me to do that. I like the short distance fights because it sets up some unpredictability.

I'll use the same 3 judges for all fights and two of them (according to their ratings) will give the round to the fighter that scores the most in a round. I've used this method in my uni's and it seems to cut down on the draws. Hope it works here as well.

Yes. Once your roster is complete, I'll send you a PM requesting you to name 5 fighters as your home roster. After 6 weeks during the regular season, I'll give all owners the only chance to switch up their rosters if they want.

Mark, looks like you got your old sign-in working (vistaman44)

3rd judge should be extremely biased for the hometown fighter

10 Rosters are in with Home lineups and tie-breaker selection.

Need line-up & tie-breaker from Muckboys

Boca Juniors needs 1 LW and I'll need their home lineup and tie-breaker

If I get the final 2 rosters in today, we'll get this started ASAP

A note on the draft: Just for what-ifs, I used Ali's pre-prime ratings and named it Cassius Clay. I posted Cassius Clay along with other HW's in a help you to draft list early on in this thread just to see if anyone would bite on it and draft him. Well, it took till the 3rd round of drafting but he finally was drafted.
