New Ballpark Construction?

Would love if teams periodically built new ballparks. With the game engine's ability to have expansion and relocation occur from time to time, the construction of new ballparks could add another element of realism to the game.

As long as it is something that is optional I am all for it. In my main league I add new parks often and give teams up to 5 point interest and usually up to 100K extra cash. More for modern.

I would expect it to be listed under League Evolution if it was implemented, which would automatically make it optional.
