Custom logos overwrite existing leagues and FaceGen

Hey everyone. Long story short, I downloaded Gambo's logo set, deleted all the logos that came with the game and replaced with Gambo's. When I loaded my game (started in OOTP 13, currently in 2020), some of the team logos were replaced with old logos. Cubs, Phillies, Brewers, and a few more that I can't recall.

Also, almost all FaceGen files don't load. A few players are still there, but most are gone. Just blank spaces where the FaceGen should be.

So I went to my saved game, deleted all the team logos and replaced them with modern logos only. When I restart the game, it works fine - current logos and FaceGen are back But when I quit and re-launch the game, it reverts back to the old logos for the same teams and deletes FaceGen.

I hope I'm explaining this properly. If not, I'd be happy to clarify. I'd appreciate any tips you may have.

UPDATE: I did some more forum searching and figured out the logo issue. I shouldn't have dumped all the logos in the main folder. The logos should go in the specific game folder I want. The FaceGen problem is still an issue, but I'll make a separate thread for that. Leaving this here in case someone has the same logo 'trouble' that I did.
