So I`m playing strictly as GM, and whenever i set up my pitching order and bullpen, it gets back to previous I guess AI/manager settings. Is there a way to change this, in OOTP 13 I had none of these problems.

When you select 'Act as GM only' I think the Lineups/Depth/Pitching setting in manager options defaults to the computer manager.

You probably need to go to manager options and change that setting.

Yeah, GMs don't usually set lineups and rotations.....

I play strictly as GM... If I run into a situation where I want my manager to play someone but he does not, there is a way to force the manager too.

Go to Team Home Screen / Strategy / Player Strategy / Drag & Drop player / Force Start/Use at Position.

This is a way to change your managers mind.

Wish there was a way to lock a player into a certain spot in the lineup, or there is and I haven't used it before. I am strictly the GM on my current team and my MGR wants to bat my rookie SS lead vs 4th or 5th. I put him 4th since he is a leftie with good contact and decent power. I use my RF at lead, my mgr like to have him bat 2nd. He has a .510 OBP. So I let him do the initial lineup, I make changes, keeping control of lineups. I let him manage the games. I love that feature. I get so much more work done now.
