Yes or No: The future of my franchise in just one click.

It's that moment we all dread. One click and I will know if my franchise has been destroyed by a serious injury to my 25-year-old star. All my hopes are on this kid. What will it be? My mouse trembles . . .

Oh, happy days are here again,
The skies above are clear again,
Let us sing a song of cheer again,
Happy days are here again!

Look, you've got to realize how long I've been down in the dumps to get a shot at a guy like this. We went 75-87 last season, and he won the Cy Young Award!

Hey Bru,

Glad the injury turned out to be DTD!

Slightly off topic - I noticed from your pitcher's game log that he played Washington in Spring Training. Did you manually edit the ST schedule to play some National League teams? Any time I've ever had ST I can only play American League teams. I know there are ways to edit the schedule after its generated, but I've always worried I'd mess everything up. Would be curious what you did.

Thanks!

Nah! Don't try anything like that based on what you see here. Mine is a semi-fictional universe in which the old Senators of the AL have re-appeared in Washington.

Ah OK thanks! I actually considered that as a possibility after I posted.

Whew. Visualization:

hefalumps: "Bru, I edited my ST schedule because I saw you do it, and now my league is DESTROYED!"

Bru: "Gosh, I never told you to do that and, and, they're the Senators! You know, “First in war, first in peace, and last in the American League?"

hefalumps: "Don't care. You were negligent and engaged in misrepresentation, causing me emotional distress, loss of gaming services, and physical injury when my laptop went up in flames. You'll be hearing from my lawyer!"

Bru: "B-b-b-but, I'm innocent!"

Not to be too cheeky Bru, but my evil twin wants to know how many board members don't know where "hefalump" originates.
Hmm... think, think, think!

That Potter kid really needs to work on his changeup. Shameful!

Heffalumps were fictional elephants in the works of A.A. Milne.

Five thousand thanks for a non-modder? I never thought I'd see the day. Thank you for your support.

Holy Smokes, is this guy a moose or what? Never mind his W-L; that's just an indication of how bad a team he's playing for. I've got to improve the team because I just peeked - his Desire for Winning is Very High!
