Line Up/Team Submission Forms ?

Hi out there:

Does anyone use like team submission forms in a web based form - thats linked to their site for people to submit LU's and stufff like that -

i've been looking around and cant seem to find one --??
it would be for an on-line league for teams owners to access when they dont have game and could - in one click - send al their info to commish???

thanks in advance for any leads and or help

The Primetime Baseball league has a bunch of forms for lineups, pitching, transactions, etc:

No problem... I also should mention that your old QBA Yanks pulled the winning lottery number and got Babe Ruth this year

Green Monsta league also uses forms just for that purpose.

Similar to Primetime.
