Computer crashed

I have reset up my PC but it says i already have 2 installs on my serial number... ONE is on my laptop the other is on the crashed PC.

Is there anyway to help me out on this??? As i would like to activate the game back on my new harddrive.

Yes, I think you have to contact the licensing company. Ecelerate? cannot remember the name. They will deactivate the license and you can use it again. If I am wrong someone will correct me. I am 100% that you can reuse the license, just cannot remember the company to contact.

I had the same issue and sent them an email, they reset my license in less in less than 24 hrs.

When you submit the ticket, please try to provide us with your email address you used when you purchased the game as well as either your order number or your OOTP license key.
