Issue uploading League file

Our league has recently moved to a new server and I am taking over as commish. I generate my league file and go to upload it in game and it runs for awhile, 9%-35%, and then appears to restart from 0%. It then uploads a bit and restarts again. I don't appear to be having any issues with my internet and have been able to access our server via FileZilla. I actually uploaded reports to the server with FileZilla without and issue.

Anyone have any ideas why the file upload would be doing this?

OK, I got some offline help. The issue wasn't the file not uploading it was the 'progress' graphics of the game. I let it run and eventually the file uploaded successfully.

This JUST started happening to me, kinda, though I didn't change servers. The upload goes to 100%, then back to 0% for a couple seconds, then is done (though it hasn't done it in a couple days). The download for the other GMs still worked (for some reason) even though the file was smaller than what OOTP said it was supposed to be. Don't know why this happens, either.

Since we're talking about errors on online leagues, I'll tell of another one I get. Everytime my upload is done, it gives me the error saying that it had a problem uploading. So I go into filezilla and see the league file as "leaguefile.tar.gz.TRANSFER" meaning that apparently something went wrong with the transfer. However, when I rename the file so it is without the .TRANSFER part, it works fine. People can download the sim fine and it works. I don't know why I have to do this. I didn't have to in OOTP 13. Anybody know how/why this happens and how to fix it or the one that OP was talking about too?

This did not happen in 13 because the .transfer is new to 14
It is intended to help to keep gms fro. Downloading while u upload thus messing up the gms file. The error that happens is in the renaming and yes sometime just deleting the .transfer works just fine . Could be a connection issue. I always double check it before removing the transfer to ensure right file size .
