Ties and international leagues questions

Is there way to set so a game can not go beyound 14 innings anything after that the game ends in a tie?

And I always play fictional leagues however I want to import the MLB and rename it and use not as a major league but as a International league. I never had a international league so do they behave like winter leagues or minor leagues or will they sign my top talent? Where do they get their players from?

Another question i started another game with 2 leagues in league association and I have uniforms for them and everything but never started a season I realized I want to move those league into my main league how would I import them with out having to enter everything manually all over again?

The only question I can answer definitively is the first question: no, you can't force a game to end in a tie. OOTP simply isn't coded with the ability to process tie games.

i started another game with 2 leagues in league association and I have uniforms for them and everything but never started a season I realized I want to move those league into my main league how would I import them with out having to enter everything manually all over again?
